This is feature request to allow us hopefully to help you! It's taking a while for the backlog of macOS builds to come down after the recent problems you've had. Two possible feature requests which would make helping you get this backlog down much easier (at the moment, I'm occasionally spending a few minutes mass cancelling jobs):
The ability to ignore jobs on a given platform temporarily (so somewhere I can just say "Auto cancel/mark-as-success all macOS builds for the next 48 hours")
The ability to mass cancel existing jobs more easily in the web UI - for example, in the Branches view, it'd be handy to cancel all builds other than the current build, without having to click each individual build; alternatively, being able to cancel any job which has taken longer than x hours to start.
Being able to do this by account would be more useful than having to tweak the configuration of every individual repo (and I don't really want to preserve your infrastructure problems in my Git histories 😉). Not having to automate this myself using the API and a separate bot would ease my laziness - for temporary changes like this, I really just want to click something! 😉
