• Move plugin conditions from code into plugin metadata #32
• dynamic loading of mycloud plugins #37
• Create Interface for plugins to compile against. #38
• Limit plugins to use interfaces only #33
• Move inline plugins into separate plugins #34
• Put conditions for @trade/biz-pluginsin the package.json

This is a meta issue for all improvements on the loading mechanism. I imagined it to be used for future tasks as well.
