adding tags to test myclouds

All AWS services are being monitored by Vanta for SOC2 compliance.
To prevent them affecting our level of compliance I am either adding this tag to the resource VantaNonProd=true, or I am removing from scope in Vanta. Both are an extra admin task.

If we could tag test or development myclouds when they are launched and add those tags to the services created, this would help with SOC2 management and also help identify resources which can be removed.

Could MyCloudConfiguration product have some additional tag key and value pairs?
The tags would also need adding to the S3, lambda and dynamoDB resources created
