series marker tooltip on hover for additional details on trade/event

Current Series Marker on candlesticks work fine. However when there are too many trades, they overlap each other and with the text it becomes difficult to read as it gets crowded.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a tooltip to the existing markers that gets displayed when the users mouse hovers over the marker. This will allow user to add little to no text on the marker and use the tooltip text portion to add trade details. This will keep the chart clean and easy to read. The trades will get clearly marked by markers and additional detail is available at an instance on hovering.
