Hai...
To optimize power I want to suggest smart TX but I'm very bad on programming.
Now the code will be tx for every 30 seconds. why not add something so that tx will happen according to conditions such as height, speed and direction change.
For example on speed variables vs tx delay:

10kmh=2 minutes
11kmh-60kmh=1 minutes
61kmh-100kmh=30 second
101kmh upword = 15 second.

Also will tx when direction change more than 30 degrees.
