According to

tpm2-tools/tools/misc/tpm2_checkquote.c

Line 626 in 0cb093f

{ "eventlog", required_argument, NULL, 'e' },

you can specify -e eventlog.dat with tpm2_checkquote to also verify whether replaying the event log results into the signed PCRs. However, this (quite cool) feature is not documented in man tpm2_checkquote .
