Guide to setting up Voice Verification

I stepped away from experimenting with Willow while I updated my home server.

Now I'm back, and I remembered finding instructions on how to enable voice verification and enrol new voices, but I cannot now find it.

Is there some document or media that explains roughly how to do it?
