Could vsearch Standardize the otu table and calculate the relative abundance of phyla, class, order, family and genus.

The first need in usearch is -otutab_norm function; the second need in usearch is sintax_summary function.
Has the function not been developed in vsearch.

Thanks for your suggestion. We have not implemented these functions in vsearch yet.

Unfortunately, we have limited capacity to implement new features and we do not have any plans to implement these features at the moment.

Seems like the usearch otutab_norm command is obsoleted and replaced by otutab_rare:
