The omop2survey Python package transforms standardized response codes from the OMOP CDM survey variables into numeric values and simplifies data preparation by providing functionalities for mapping and converting response codes, as well as handling missing data, facilitating easier and more reliable data analysis

This is a webapp that enables users to create and respond to surveys. Has a feature of providing a report on the Gender, Age, Race, etc to know much about your survey responders. Additionally, it has a feature to delete a survey created, data is fetched and sent to Firestore database.

This repo contains code related to development of LLM based projects with Langchain and LLamaIndex. It uses RAG, Function calling, agents and tools as of now for interaction with data.
