Settings buttons in dialogs?

Random idea I had. What if dialog boxes like personal notes, mod button, or the history button had a button at the top left of the window that linked straight to the settings page for that module? Might be useful just as a minor QoL thing, and probably wouldn't be too hard to add in. Just throwing it out there for now.
