No Plex Library

Plex doesn't seem to see my library at all. And I don't see any options to fix this. Is there a way inside the plex container to fix this?

I tried logging out of all instances of Plex. And re-logging back in. But I'm not seeing the "set-up wizard" that adds the library.

Can't login to Tautulli using Plex login either.

Sorry that I am only just seeing this now - real life was a little hectic for a bit.

If you go into Plex then settings and then Manage>Libraries .. are you able to add a library that way?
Your host directories for the libraries should all be mapped and available as directories in the Plex container under /data:
e.g.
/data/tv
/data/movies
