Browser version: Firefox latest
Extension version: 3.0.29

🐛 Describe the bug

Clicking on the toggle button in Settings to enable the new Tab page doesn't work at all. Button doesn't toggle, page does not appear.

Expected behaviour

Tab page should be enabled when option selected
