Future plans here?

I currently have some systems relying on semantic/fomantic in React. I'm keeping my eyes on svelte kit--further developments here would really help ease a future migration whenever svelte kit reaches 1.0.

I'd love to contribute here, but don't want to overstep my bounds if there are future plans for this repo that have not been documented. Also happy to fork/create a new repo/package if that's preferable. Figured I'd pose the idea here for future development, given that this is the most fleshed out open source svelte implementation for semantic that I've found.

Edit: I see that there's a more recent dev branch. Should I view that as the ideal starting point?

@davidroeca I don't have any future plans at this time, and given I haven't touched Svelte in 2 years I'm sure many things have changed. But, I'm not opposed to moving forward with this, but from my past experiences we need a solid plan to move forward. How about we discuss this further somewhere else?
