GNOME Software should be the preferred way to install flatpaks. Unfortunately, flatpak support is not mature enough yet.
- Flatpak backend doesn't seem to install related refs - GNOME Software doesn't install nvidia GL drivers and WebKitGTK crashes as a result!
- Handle per-user and system wide app installation - An user cannot choose whether a new installation should be system or user-wide.
- flatpak: No error reported when a runtime isn't found
- whole update fails if a runtime's update URI returns 404
- Doesn't detect when installing a Flatpak that's already installed
- TODO: Create a bug report about system & flatpak updates failing terribly behind HTTP proxy
- Can GNOME Software update both user and system installations?
