Update external references to use https

References to external sources, like tiles on mapbox site, won't load because they are referenced using http:

Can you add some more detail on this one? How are you trying to load the external sources? What are the steps to replicate the problem? I looked for http references in the code and could not find a use of http that was not valid.

This was referring to the gh-pages documentation, with the examples not working due to http calls.

I may have already fixed all of these. It can probably be closed.
