Subject: [thomasnordquist/MQTT-Explorer] MQTT Explorer not Finding any devices (Issue #743)
I have a Windows 11 Laptop with Virtualbox installed I installed a VM HA (Home Assistant) It is running with a static ip address 10.2.1.107
I login to Home Assist Went to add on and added ESPHONE and EMQX On ESPHOMEI have two devices discovered.
I can visit the devices and control them no problem.
The devices are on the same network as the laptop.
US V2 Plug for ESPhome PG03V2-US16A-ESP-2-LA
I also am running JMRI and the same laptop. In JMRI Lights table I added the two devises
The lights do not turn off or on from JMRI
So someone told me about MQTT Explorer so I downloaded. 4.0.1 beta and installed I was able to connect to the Home Assistant.
Used the broker username and password,
In EMQX I see the MQTT Explorer is connected.
But in MQTT I do not see any devices showing up.
All this is on the same laptop I even turned off the windows firewall .
I looked for logs from MQTT Explorer could not find any.
How can I troubleshoot my issue.
Note I found you latest production version 3.5 that's what I am running now.
Thank you
Tom
