Rename a file a does not create a missing directory in new filepath #98

If you rename a file Foo.Bar://existing-directory/file.ext to Foo.Bar://missing-directory/file.ext I would expect the missing-directory is created and the file is moved (similar to adding a file).
It is not.
(version 1.0.22)
