Bug - High latency at the creation of a new story taht contains with many elements

We believe the issue comes from the new Angular Material update that whenever there are many elements into a Story it creates a high latency as when tested into other Stories with less elements the same problem is not founded. The issue is encountered into the Tock v23.9.0 version.

I did an uplaod here : https://demo.tock.ai/. You can test it with the "Qu'est Ce Que" story. There are a lot of items in this story, but we also reproduce the high latency with at least 15 items per story. If you try to modify or add an item in this story, you'll see the page freeze.
