When we insert an image in a media card (in a story), it is supposed to be displayed then when the story is called.
But the current situation is that the bot doesn't display it at all we get an error 404.

The loophole would be to go in the "document section" where the image got uploaded, take it's link and insert the link in an <a href>, but that's not what we want, this solution is a bit too technical for métier teams.

It is not displayed in the bot ? With which connector ? Because it works for other bots :)

It's on the web connector, here is one example of what I get as output:
(Tho the problem is on a pdf, i've juste tried with an image and it seems to work now, it didn't few months ago, my bad)

When I click on the link in the first picture, it does display correctly:

Maybe then this part wasn't made to handle pdf content, so I think it should be restricted to images as in .png, .jpeg and so on.
To avoid any confusion (if the previous sentence is correct)
