Current Behaviour (for problems)
When editing a collection, if you accidentally click the blue "save and add another file" button rather than the orange "Submit collection for validation" one, it creates and error and it is not posssible to undo.

I assume this is all taking place on the page where you create a new collection i.e. https://octopub.io/datasets/new, and not on the page for editing a collection i.e. https://octopub.io/datasets/54/edit. Because the latter does provide a delete button in the top right if you click "Save and add another file" accidentally.
