USB Passthrough Not Available on VM Startup

Hi,

My apologies in advance if this is the wrong place to capture this - just yell if that's the case!

This is related to the QEMU / KVM bug, capture here,

The issue is that on VM startup, captured / passthrough USB is not available (or at least working). After restart (reset) of the VM, then USB is just fine. Also, when the (UEFI?) watchdog triggers, and restarts the "OS" (even though it's only at the OpenCore menu so far!), then it also comes up.

So seems this is UEFI related somehow?
