View And Edit Config In WebApp

We cannot view config at the moment in a easy way.

A webapp endpoint that can display the current config stored in user's home directory and allow the user to edit them as well.

Additional context
It is necessary to provide label with each config element explaining what they do and also separate tabs for separate config modules.

What do you mean by 'separate tabs for separate config modules' ?

If you go through Nephos, you will be able to see that we have multiple config files and I meant that we should have one tab for each of them.
