Show Recordings In Progress In Web App

Describe the solution you'd like
A webapp endpoint which interacts with jobs.db and can tell according to the time that which recordings are in progress. It should also keep in account the recordings which are not being done.

A better method for this would be maintain a separate file (or database) which contains which recordings are going on and similarly remove once recording has been done.
