Ability to add wishlist priority modifiers #300

Would like the ability to add wishlist priority modifiers.
Examples:

When a new player joins our team we assign them a +4 to all their items for their trial period. We do this by adding the Ace of Nobles four times to the top of their list.
When a raider falls outside of the min raid attendance they get a +2 modifier for 2 weeks. Again we do this by adding the Ace of Nobles two times to the top of their list.

It would be nice to have the ability to add a modifier to a player and give it an expiring date.
