Recommended way to calculate double_sign_check_height

So the documentation states that double_sign_check_height should be set to 10 (https://docs.tendermint.com/v0.34/tendermint-core/validators.html#validator-node-configuration) but there isn't really any explanation as to what this number is based.

What I mean by that specifically is what the number of validators in that context is since this number most likely directly correlates to the 1/3 and 2/3 rules of consensus because it is fairly easy to trigger that nodes shut down if double_sign_check_height is misconfigured.

Is there some of formula to decide what double_sign_check_height should be or a rule of thumb to estimate it to a safe value?
