We are currently including res, which is helpful to generate Resolution metadata needed for some derivatives (https://bids-specification.readthedocs.io/en/stable/05-derivatives/03-imaging.html#preprocessed-coregistered-andor-resampled-volumes). Populating den seems like it would be useful as well.
