Dear Estaban,
the MNI152NLin2009cAsym template has the tissue probability map "tpl-MNI152NLin2009cAsym_res-01_label-GM_probseg.nii.gz" for GM, however the template MNI152NLin6Asym has not. I would like to ask you whether tissue probability maps are planned for the MNI152NLin6Asym and whether you could provide one.
Thanks a lot and best wishes,
Christian

Hi Christian,

That's because the template is not distributed with such a resource (I'll double-check, though, to make sure I'm not wrong in this particular case).

Depending on your workflow design, you may just project the tissue probability map from MNI152NLin2009cAsym or directly change the workflow to use MNI152NLin2009cAsym.

If we were to add the resource into MNI152NLin6Asym, it's almost certain that we would project it from MNI152NLin2009cAsym, which is kind of obscure (you certainly prefer to do this yourself in terms of methodological clarity).

Please let us know more details.
