How do I tell which KeyboardButton has been pressed?

If I have two KeyboardButton's that both use ButtonRequest::Location but have different text is there a way to tell which of the two buttons was pressed? |

I don't think there is a way to tell. From my simple test it looks like the update that contains the location does not provide any information about the buttons:
(there is only the location itself, and the reply) |
