OSX

Description of problem:
The M3U parsing expects to find urls like
http://irislinks.net:83/series/12345678/87654321/322957.EXT or
http://irislinks.net:83/series/12345678/87654321/322957
Links with text in the "filename" don't get through the processing regex.

telly or docker log:

Unable to process M3U track, continuing http://cspan3-lh.akamaihd.net/i/cspan3_1@304729/master.ts
