DropDownList default item hover color is wrong in Material Dark #4834

Describe the bug
DropDownList uses a darker color for the ripple when hovering over the default item in Material dark mode.

To reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to https://www.telerik.com/kendo-angular-ui/components/dropdowns/dropdownlist/default-item/
Change theme to Material Dark
Hover over the default item

Expected behavior
The ripple state should be consistent with the rest of the list items.
