When opening the DateTimePicker in adaptive rendering in Safari, select 00 as time the component scrolls to 59

Expected behavior

Selection 00 should not scroll to display 59

Minimal reproduction of the problem with instructions

1. Open this Stackblitz example in Safari: https://stackblitz.com/edit/react-8vvxxj?file=app%2Fmain.tsx
2. Swipe to select 00 and notice that time scrolls down to 59
