First row should use for search in that column

I suggest adding a row at.top of fields when the user writes in that grid filter by that word.
it would use for all column.
I think it's easy to find easily anything

I agree that this will be a nice a addition to the DataGrid control. From the provided description it seems you are looking for a functionality similar to the "search as you type" one in the RadGridView part of the UI for WPF suite:
