Lambda deployment need trigger /start after period of time in group

I follow the lambda deployment example

It worked very well with api-gateway and lambda function but at sometime whenever I use the command for the bot is not respond. It will respond only if I user the /start to start the bot. It think telegraf or telegram api is not working well with lambda function

In serverless environment when there's no requests received after long time then it occures it's not telegraf or telegrams error it's because of serverless environment

It will respond then after 5 to 10 second long
