Establish UT framework to enable:

  1. Remote development
  2. Code Reliability
  3. Teaching Java to occur within the scope of FRC programming (instead of just theoretical).

Tasks:

  • Add Sample Test
  • Set up CI using Github Actions
  • Update README.md
  • Look at Guice for dependency injection
