Meta: promote editors' draft on Ecma listing for 402

In Ecma's listing for 262, we promote the use of the editors' draft, as you can see here: https://www.ecma-international.org/publications-and-standards/standards/ecma-262/

We are considering linking to the Ecma listing for 402 for our normative reference from 262, but it does not have a similar reference to the 402 draft. Can you initiate the process with Ecma to get that listing changed to promote the editors' draft so we can update our normative reference?
