For more security and also for users who are behing http proxy who do not re-cognize the Upgrade command.

The client support it but the Meteor hosting service does not allow us to provide a SSL certificate at the moment.

$ ./pi-steroid.js -vvvv -s pijs.meteor.com -p 443
Socket error: Error: Hostname/IP doesn't match certificate's altnames
