The cards in question are the following ones:

We may wanna take a moment to consider if those are the cards we want to stick with and whether we like their design, personally I'm not a fan of the "stagger" attribute.

Initially this just has to be linking to the most appropriate existing article for each card, but it will likely be best to make sure we have full length dedicated pages for each card.

I'm currently thinking making the cards themselves clickable, possibly with a slight hover effect, maybe make them animate an ever so slight tilt or something with a background color change, not sure exactly what the best design might be for that, just something to indicate they can be clicked. Either that or the standard "Learn more" type buttons, but I kinda prefer clicking the cards themselves.
