[docs] There is no guide for rust developers (e.g. installing npm or else) #1864

In the prerequisites page, there is long documentation for installing Rust with rustup (and some other prerequirements).

However, in most quick start pages, npm, yarn, or pnpm is used without any documentation.

I think it's not comfortable for developers mainly with rust and trying to create gui app with web techs for first time.

With the added Node.js documentation I'm willing to consider this dealt with. Feel free to either reopen this or open a new issue in case the documentation doesn't sufficiently address the issue.
