[Feature Request] - Right click context menus and multi-layer selection/actions

This project might be the greatest thing I've ever seen yet from open source. I thank you greatly for it. I have but two feature requests for this project. This first one isn't a necessity, but could you consider adding more right click context menus rather than having to search the menubar for it? It's a force of habit from GIMP and it would be nice to have. For example, I'm very used to in GIMP right clicking on a layer to merge down, that would be more convenient to have in PhotoDemon. The second is more important, but could you let select and do actions to multiple layers? I can only select one at a time in 9.0 stable, and even GIMP is putting that in for 3.0. It would make the program even better if I could move multiple layers or apply an action at multiple layers at once.

I will update this Issue when I have made more progress on implementing these features. Thanks again.
