I forked https://github.com/szcf-weiya/GradientBoost.jl and rewrite it to be compatible with Julia 1.0, then apply it to the Housing dataset with the squared loss function. Currently, the Huber loss function has not been implemented.

Actually, it is the stochastic gradient boosting.
