Remove (zeroing) date fields in MP4 files

I found issue that there is still *Date fields in MP4 files. For example: CreateDate, ModifyDate , TrackCreateDate etc. AFAIK this is a mandatory fields, so maybe it is better to fill them with zeroes to get 0000:00:00 00:00:00

Steps to reproduce:

1. Download any MP4 file, for example from this service
2. Move file into ExifCleaner
3. Find *Date fields in output, also the number of "# Exif After" equals to "# Exif Before"

Excepted result: no *Date fields or all dates is 0000:00:00 00:00:00
