From https://www.man7.org/linux/man-pages/man1/coredumpctl.1.html:

    -A ARGS, --debugger-arguments=ARGS
       Pass the given ARGS as extra command line arguments to the
       debugger. Quote as appropriate when ARGS contain whitespace.
       (See Examples.)

       Added in version 248.

systemd v248 was released in 2021'03.

Here is the package versions on Debian:
Debian 10 "Buster" (2019'07) has version 241-7
Debian 11 "Bullseye" (2021'08) has version 247-3
Debian 12 "Bookworm" (2023'06) has version 252.19
