Trackpad Scrolling not working on Clients

Server: Windows 10
Clients: Windows 10

Synergy Version

Synergy 1: Synergy 3 RC3 - v3.0.76.5-rc3
Synergy 2: Synergy 3 RC3 - v3.0.76.5-rc3

Note: you guys should put a way to easily find the version number in the Windows app.
Maybe: HELP -> 'Copy Version to Clipboard'

Steps to Reproduce

1. Connect to Client
2. Try to scroll with trackpad
3. Nothing happens.

Expected: For trackpad scrolling to work
Actual: Trackpad scrolling not working

There seems to be a glitchy fix to get scrolling to work:

1. Move to Client Screen.
2. Four Finger Gesture Down
3. Four Finger Gesture Up
4. Now I can Scroll. However if I move my cursor to host, then client again, I have to repeat the above gestures to get scrolling working again. Note, when I do this gesture, it shows the cursor on my host(not moving) as well as on the client(can move).

I am experiencing the same issue with the touchpad on my Lenovo Yoga 730 (Host).
Synergy 3.0.79.1-rc3
Host: Windows 10 22H2
Client: Windows 11 23H2
