Add a contact page

As a website owner, I want to add a contact page to my website using SendGrid so that users can easily get in touch with me.

As a user, I want to be able to fill out a contact form on the website and receive a confirmation email that my message has been received.

As a website administrator, I want to be able to receive email notifications when a user submits a message through the contact form, so that I can respond in a timely manner.
