Sometimes when you cure an affliction, other afflictions will be removed as well from the prompt. This happens pretty regularly. It could be related to certain afflictions but I'm not 100% sure yet.

Seems the issue is the empty cures removing afflictions.

Removing triggers is probably the end goal
Quick fix is add the trigger in for the empty calls.
A better fix would be perhaps checking if an empty call actually removed an affliction or not before clearing related affs via gmcp```
