Administration login broken if website gated by Azure AD

Survey does work, but administration side does not successfully log in if Azure website configured with Azure AD authenitcation

Hi,

SP is not yet fully "Azure proof" as we noticed when submitting SP v. 2.3 to the Windows Web Application Gallery:

"There are some issues with your last submissions and will need to be fixed before we can publish:

1.  This app doesn’t support medium trust level.
   

2.  Fail to publish this app to Azure with below error:
   

11:03:37 PM: "INSERT [dbo].[vts_tbSurvey] ([SurveyID], [Progress"
11:03:37 PM: Tables without a clustered index are not supported in this version of SQL Server."

There may be more Azure issues to handle but thanks for reporting.
