Branching rules should be exported/imported

The branching capabilities are great but without being able to export them and import them, they are of limited usefulness.

New Feature Request

Current working:

• on exporting a survey to XML any branching and skip logic rules are not exported and added to the XML file;
• if the exported survey XML file is imported the skip logic/ branching has to be recreated manually again;

Required working:

• on exporting a survey to XML skip logic and branching rules will be exported as well
• on importing the Survey XML file, skip logic and branching rules will be added to the survey

This is a significant issue for me and I'm happy to work on a solution but I could use some guidance about where to start.
