Confusing interface

Hey there,
the configuration for read receipts is confusing about the blacklist / whitelist setting.
When the "checkbox" is disabled it says "Use this as blacklist". However, when I enable the "checkbox", expecting it to enable the list as a blacklist it changes the text to "Use this as whitelist".

The interface is suggesting that the options are "blacklist, disabled" -> whitelist enabled or "whitelist, enabled" -> whitelist enabled.

Ideally the text shouldn't change or the checkbox should be removed and the text itself should be some kind of button that changes when clicked.
