[BUG] Cannot activate Claude (seems checking availability using non-existent API) #840

Describe the bug / 描述问题

Cannot use Claude.
The Claude button stays turned off.

To Reproduce / 复现步骤

Click Claude button

The first click will open the login instruction panel, but following clicks have no effect even after logging in.

Expected behavior / 期望行为

Can activate Claude.
