Add the DuplexI2SAudioAdapter for the STM32H7 support

Develop the DuplexI2SAudioAdapter as a derived class of the AudioAdapterStrategy.

Let:s push this priority down. The STM32H7 HAL has a severe problem with its quality.

Let's make this as derived class of the I2sPortAdapter

Pending again.

The STM32HAL seems to be NOT OK to support the duplex IS2.
